Once an order is placed on our website, it enters our dispatch queue promptly.

Order Cut-Off Time: 04:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Shipping Transit Time

Transit Time: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Shipping Time (Handling + Transit)

Estimated Delivery Window: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Carrier

We partner with trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and Parcelforce. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders of £50 or above.
For orders below £50, a flat rate of £3.99 will be applied at checkout.

Please NOTE that extra shipping fees will be charged on all tyres & electric bikes due to size / weight.

All prices are charged in GBP (£).

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link will be provided. A final notification will be sent when your order is marked as delivered.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

Ask neighbours or household members

Contact the courier with your tracking details

If your parcel is officially classified as lost, please contact us with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
