1. How long does delivery take?
Our total delivery time is typically between 4 to 5 business days, which includes 1–2 days for handling and 2–3 days for transit, Monday to Friday.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders of £50 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below £50 incur a flat shipping fee of £3.99.

3. Which courier will deliver my order?
We work with reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri (Hermes), and Parcelforce. The assigned courier will be confirmed in your dispatch email.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

5. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your package hasn’t arrived or is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours, safe places, and contact the courier first. If it is officially declared lost, contact us and we will offer a replacement or refund.
