We aim to send all orders to our customers as fast as possible. We will also make sure your items are well packaged so they arrive with you safely.

Standard 2-4 Working Day UK Delivery (Over £50) - Free
Express 1-3 Working Day UK Delivery (All Orders) - £7.95

Tyres & Mousses - £9.99 (Mandatory charge due to size & weight)
Revvi Electric Bikes - £9.99 (Mandatory charge due to size & weight)

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Off Shore Islands:

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship orders to these areas.

Damaged Items:

If an item is not received you must notify us in writing or via email within 14 days, this allows us to make a claim against the carrier (if applicable) or follow up with them. Items that are reported after this period cannot be refunded. 

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims made after this time cannot be warranted. 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to contact us with your return request.

  • Contact our customer support team via email at sales@aceraceshop.co.uk .
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant details.
  • Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Please note that you are responsible for the item you are returning until it has been received at our warehouse. We always recommend using a secure postal method which is fully tracked.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All items must be packed with sufficient protection to protect the original packaging.

If you have found a fault or defect with the item you ordered then this can be raised as a warrant claim and we will refund the shipping costs when refunding the order. Please ensure that this is clearly stated on the return request and we will advice on how to return these items.
