Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Off Shore Islands:

Damaged Items:
If an item is not received you must notify us in writing or via email within 14 days, this allows us to make a claim against the carrier (if applicable) or follow up with them. Items that are reported after this period cannot be refunded.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims made after this time cannot be warranted.
